American Driving School Plan

PLAN A

• Held his or Learner’s permit for minimum of 121 days
• Completed 30 hours of classroom instruction with a commercial driver education school
• (Included Drug and Alcohol/Safe Driving Practices Class)
• State law requires that students under the age of 18 complete 40 hours of behind-the-wheel experience with an adult, parent, guardian.
• DMV requires student to maintain a log of the hours completed at home.
• Under the age of 18 Parent or guardian must attend 2 hours of class

PLAN B

• Held his or her Learner’s permit for a minimum of 181 days
• Completed a State-Certified 8-hours Drug & Alcohol/Safe Driving Practice Course, Include a 2 hour parental training unit
• State law requires that students under the age of 18 complete 40 hours of behind-the-wheel experience with an adult, parent, guardian.
•  DMV requires student to maintain a log of the hours completed at home
• Under the age of 18 Parent or guardian must attend 2 hours of class
